Told with restraint and empathy, the film observes Lakshmi’s days through silences, routines, and small moments of fear and tenderness. Without spectacle or judgement, it becomes an intimate portrait of dignity, resilience, and sacrifice—seen through the eyes of a mother who refuses to let her child be consumed by her reality.
